Three layer brownies

Oh man, I made these brownies for a little get together we had at our apartment to celebrate Kara's birthday before we headed to Maine. These were out of this world delicious and as Tyler put it, "these might be my new favorite dessert. Why haven't you made these before?!" You can make the cookie and brownie dough from scratch if you have recipes you like or you can buy pre-made cookie dough and a brownie mix to speed up the baking process. I used a 9x9 brownie pan and lined the pan with tinfoil and sprayed it with baking spray which made it super easy to pull the brownies out after. The cookie dough gets spread evenly on the bottom of the pan. You then put a layer of Oreos and top off the third layer with brownie batter (I used a full box). This bakes at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes and you insert a toothpick the same way you would test brownies normally. Once you  pull the brownies out, let them cool before cutting; it will make it easier to serve. And then, enjoy each bite!
